Venue notes: Ron's Randolph Inn, St Paul MNLong-defunct bar that was located at 1217 Randolph Ave in St Paul. Described by Greg Norton and Bob Mould (in separate interviews) as a "3.2 bar," because it served beer with lower alcohol content (3.2%) that could legally be consumed by 18-year-olds. The small stage was located at the front of the room by the door. The building was still standing as of 2011, housing a beauty salon.
