The original Blue Note was located at 912 Business Loop 70 East in Columbia from
its inception in 1980 until sometime in the 90s, when the club was relocated to Ninth
Street. The original site became Club Vogue,
a strip club, which was still in operation as of 2013. The photo on the left, presumably
from the 1980s, shows the original club entrance. The photo on the right shows the
site in Apr 2013. Hüsker Dü played their last show at the Blue Note's original
location on 11 Dec 1987.
