Though it's not clear how much of the current structure is original, Neue Welt, at Hasenheide 107-113, was first used as a beer garden and performance space in the latter half of the 19th century. By 1930, when Adolph Hitler gave a speech here, it was a concert hall with two rooms, a larger one and a smaller one. Per Wikipedia, the original venue closed in 1982 and reopened sometime later as Huxleys Neue Welt (the smaller room being designated Huxleys Jr), which was still in operation as of 2019. Top left photo is from 1935; top right appears to be from the 1960s. Others are post-2000 (Google capture fron 2008, other images undated). Sugar played Huxleys Neue Welt on 29 Jun 1993. Nova Mob played Huxleys Jr on 31 May 1994.
