Venue notes: Club Quattro, Osaka (Shinsaibashi)

Japanese-language website is still up as of 2012, but the club appears to have closed sometime during 2011 and relocated to the Umeda district. Japanese-language website for the new club is here. Original location was at Shinsaibashi Parco Bldg. 8F, 1-9-1 Shinsaibashi-Suji, Chuo-Ku.
