Venue notes: The Channel, BostonDefunct punk club. Was located just over Fort Point Channel in S.Boston (25 Necco St). Opened on 30 May 1980 and was the premier punk venue in town until its demise in the mid-90s. Nice writeup here and a Wikipedia entry here.
